Designing a Salahuddin-style management workshop on the pretext of the end of the Salahuddin Fateh Quds series

But we are planning to design a workshop because I am also interested in getting to know Salahuddin better, and we are trying to design this workshop in a way that is practical for the students. We also have two certificates for the workshop, one is a certificate of attendance and the other is a certificate of completion of the workshop, which will be awarded to those who are accepted. According to Anadolu News, Dr. Baghaei continued about the personality of Saladin: Saladin Ayubi is one of the greatest military and political leaders in the history of Islam and the world, who is known as a role model for future generations with his courage, justice and wisdom. By uniting Muslims, he succeeded in liberating Jerusalem from the hands of the Crusaders and establishing a great empire. Of course, it goes without saying that Saladin was not very good with the Iranians. And in this workshop, we will discuss the leadership lessons that can be learned from Saladin Ayubi. Lessons that can turn an individual into an empire that leads a nation with cultural, linguistic, climatic and racial differences. And this type of management, in addition to its advantages, also has disadvantages that the students will become familiar with during the workshop.
