دبی، شاهراه امنیت جهانی؛ روایت مشاور تحقیق و توسعه از پتانسیلهای بی‌نظیر Intersec 2026

REKORDING MEGAZINE ـ گزارش روز// وقتی صحبت از آینده حفاظت و ایمنی می‌شود، چشمها به نمایشگاه «Intersec Dubai» دوخته می‌شوند؛ رویدادی که بزرگترین مرجع جهانی برای رونمایی از فناوریهای امنیت، آتش‌نشانی، و پلیس است. در آستانه بیست و ششمین دوره این نمایشگاه که قرار است از [٢٢ تا ٢٤ دی ١٤٠٤] در مرکز تجارت جهانی دبی (DWTC) برگزار شود، با حجت بقایی، مشاور تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) در این باره، به گفتگو نشستیم تا پتانسیلهای این رویداد را بررسی کنیم.

 

بقایی با صدایی محکم و تحلیلی، محوریت این گردهمایی را توضیح می‌دهد: «اینترسک دبی صرفاً یک نمایشگاه تجاری نیست؛ یک قطب نوآوری است که توسط «Messe Frankfurt Middle East» سازماندهی شده و تمام ابعاد حفاظت را پوشش می‌دهد. از امنیت فیزیکی و سیستمهای نظارتی گرفته تا سلامت و ایمنی محیط کار (HSE) و حفاظت سایبری. هدف این نمایشگاه، برقراری ارتباط مستقیم میان تولیدکنندگان تجهیزات حفاظتی و خریداران صنعتی و دولتی در مقیاس جهانی است.»

{تمرکز بر هوش مصنوعی و امنیت زیرساخت‌ها}:

وی در ادامه با تاکید بر نقش تحقیق و توسعه در شکل‌دهی به حوزه‌های اصلی نمایشگاه، به تمرکز بر فناوریهای نوین اشاره می‌کند: ((دوران روشهای سنتی حفاظت گذشته است. آنچه در Intersec 2026 خواهیم دید، جهش تکنولوژیک در سیستمهای امنیتی است. پیشتازی با «دوربین‌های نظارتی هوشمند» است که از هوش مصنوعی برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده می‌کنند. در کنار آن، سیستمهای کنترل دسترسی پیشرفته و «بیومتریکها»، محورهای اصلی بخش «Commercial & Perimeter Security» هستند.))

بقایی همچنین به اهمیت فزاینده امنیت در دنیای متصل امروز می‌پردازد و تاکید می‌کند: ((امروز، Intersec تریبون مقابله با تهدیدات دیجیتال است. بخش Cybersecurity بر حفاظت از زیرساختهای حیاتی و راهکارهای SOC و رمزنگاری متمرکز است. همچنین، حضور فناوریهای جدید مانند پهپادهای امنیتی، رباتهای گشت‌زن و نوآوری در اینترنت اشیاء (IoT) برای امنیت شهری، نشاندهنده مسیری است که حوزه حفاظت در پیش گرفته است.))

{ابعاد بین‌المللی و مخاطبان کلیدی}:

این مشاور تحقیق و توسعه در بخش دیگری از صحبتهای خود، به مقیاس بین‌المللی این رویداد اشاره می‌کند: «وقتی از Intersec صحبت می‌کنیم، از حضور بیش از ۱۰۰۰ شرکت از ۶۰ کشور و جذب ۲۵ الی ۳۰ هزار بازدیدکننده تخصصی از سراسر جهان صحبت می‌کنیم. حضور پاویونهای ملی قوی مانند آلمان، چین، آمریکا، و کره جنوبی گواه سطح بالای این نمایشگاه است.

وی ادامه می‌دهد: «مخاطبین اصلی این رویداد، افراد تصمیم‌گیرنده هستند؛ از مدیران امنیت شرکتها و دولتها گرفته تا گروههای آتش‌نشانی، پلیس و مدیران ارشد فناوری اطلاعات. بازدیدکنندگان می‌توانند بخشهای کلیدی نمایشگاه مانند Fire & Rescue(تجهیزات اطفاء و ایمنی ساختمان)، Safety & Health (تجهیزات حفاظت فردی PPE) و Homeland Security & Policing (فناوریهای شناسایی و بازدارنده) را به صورت تخصصی دنبال کنند.»

{دروازه‌ای رو به خاورمیانه و آفریقا برای ایران}:

در نهایت، بقایی بر فرصتهای تجاری ویژه‌ای که این نمایشگاه برای شرکتهای ایرانی حوزه امنیت و ایمنی ایجاد می‌کند، تاکید می‌کند: «نمایشگاه Intersec دبی، یک فرصت ممتاز برای معرفی محصولات شرکتهای ایرانی به بازارهای بزرگ خاورمیانه و آفریقا است. این بهترین محل برای یافتن نمایندگان تجاری یا واردکننده‌ها، بررسی و مقایسه مستقیم با فناوریهای نوین جهانی و مهمتر از همه، ایجاد همکاریهای بین‌المللی در پروژه‌های بزرگ شهری و نفتی منطقه است.»

او نتیجه‌گیری می‌کند: «حضور در Intersec 2026 به معنای عقب نماندن از قطار سریع‌السیر نوآوری جهانی در حوزه حفاظت است و برای شرکتهای پیشرو ایرانی، این سکوی پرش برای توسعه صادرات و ارتقاء دانش فنی ضروری است.»

نشریه الکترونیکی رکوردینگ _ موج تبلیغاتی شمال// در روزگاری که هم‌افزایی دانش، هنر و رسانه بیش از هر زمان دیگری اهمیت یافته است، نام «دکتر حجت بقایی» به‌عنوان یکی از چهره‌های برجسته و تأثیرگذار این حوزه‌ها می‌درخشد.  
دکتر بقایی با پیشینه‌ای گسترده در حوزه‌های «تحقیق و توسعه»، به‌عنوان «مشاور رسمی و متخصص پژوهش» شناخته می‌شود؛ او در کنار فعالیتهای علمی خود، سالها تجربه عملی در حوزه «رسانه‌های فنی و دولتی» دارد و هم‌اکنون به‌عنوان «تکنسین فنی رسانه» در یکی از نهادهای رسمی کشور فعالیت می‌کند.

او همچنین از اعضای فعال «کارگروه‌های صلح و سازش کشور» و «شورای راهبردی مطالبات مردمی» است؛ جایگاهی که هم‌راستا با مأموریت انسانی و اجتماعی وی برای گسترش فرهنگ گفتگو، صلح و توسعه پایدار است.
در حوزه بین‌المللی، دکتر بقایی با حضور در «جامعه بین‌المللی فیلمنامه‌نویسان و فیلمسازان»، نشان داده است که درک عمیق او از روایت، تصویر و اندیشه، فراتر از مرزهای ملی عمل می‌کند.

Rekording Megazine_Culture & Literature // A newly released trilogy of songs titled “Contradiction”, written by Dr. Hojjat Beghaei, has recently been published across various media platforms, offering poetry and social music enthusiasts a profound new experience.
This three-part project—crafted in the forms of free verse poetry, alternative rock, and social rap—presents a critical, multilayered reflection on the theme of “duality in social and political discourse and behavior.”
The first piece, titled “This Contradiction”, is written as a free verse poem, with a direct and contemplative tone that explores the conflict between faith, slogans, and action. In lines such as:

“No! It defies both faith and reason—
that on our lips may rise
the cry of ‘Death to...’
while our hearts dwell in London...”
the poet points to the widening gap between claims and conduct, and the crisis of collective belief.

The second piece, “Mirrors of Lies”, is composed in the alternative rock genre. Through the restless and rebellious voice of a younger generation, it poetically captures disillusionment with empty slogans and the experience of injustice. The elongated, drawn-out pronunciation of the word “Contradiction” throughout the song lends both a sonic identity and conceptual depth to the piece.
The third track, titled “Law with an Exception”, takes the form of social rap, explicitly criticizing systemic inequality and discriminatory legal structures. As the lyrics declare:

“They say we’re all equal—but only on paper!
One’s behind bars, while another smiles in the palace of power!”
This piece, with its sharper and more confrontational language, channels the public’s weariness and demand for justice.

Dr. Hojjat Beghaei—poet and researcher in social development and literature—writes in a short note about the release:

“The Contradiction Trilogy is an attempt to listen to the inner voice of society—a voice constantly oscillating between faith, power, and reality.”

A musical adaptation of the trilogy, produced in collaboration with several independent artists, is reportedly set to be released soon on major music platforms.
