In this seminar, which was held with the presence of cultural and academic professors from several Asian, European, South American, African and Canadian countries. *Dr. Alireza Salmanian Noukabadi, head of the seminar and speaker (President of the World University of Sports - Head of International Affairs of ALSA University - Head of the Iran-Centered Asia Department of the International University of Management - Head of the International Faculty of Research and Information Technology in Asia and Iran) and *Dr. Hojjat Baghaei The seminar secretary and speaker (researcher and a member of the international cooperation committee of specialized universities of management and law) in a conversation with professors in fields related to the activities of radio and television pointed out the potentials and capabilities of radio and television, and gave examples of the capabilities of radio and television. On the sidelines of the conference, *Dr. Alireza Salmanian Noukabadi* highlighted some developmental needs of the Broadcasting Organization and said: God willing, we will hold independent seminars for each of them in the target universities. Of course, you may see and hear these things in other places, but we will explain them to the participants in a practical way and using the experiences of my friends and professors in the workshops: Some necessities for the development of the broadcasting organization 1- Environmental requirements and future needs Audience growth 2- Increasing the competitive environment in the media sphere 3- Advancement of media technologies 4- Change and development of the organization's mission and strengths 5- Requirements for an efficient and effective media arrangement 6- Changing tastes and needs of the target audience of radio and television and the need to respond to it 7- Social developments cultural, 8- the exclusive field of the organization's activities and the uniqueness of the national media 9- the emergence of new activities within the framework of media activities 10- the absence of an active and efficient private sector in the organization's activities to outsource part of the activities and tasks

کارگاه آموزشی تصویربرداری حوادث برگزار شد

به همت روابط عمومی موسسه بین المللی آرازتکاوران ویرا با همکاری دو موسسه آموزش عالی و با مدیریت دکتر علیرضا سلمانیان باهدایت و مربیگری حاج سلمان مهدوی ( مستندساز و دبیر چند خبرگزاری ) و دکتر حجت بقایی ( مستندساز ، خبرنگار و پژوهشگر ) کارگاه تصویربرداری در حوادث برگزار شد .

در این کارگاه سلمان مهدوی در مورد تصویربرداری در جریان حوادث و نقل تجربیات خود در طول سالیان همکاری با مستندهای تلویزیونی - ساخت مستندهای جاده ای در جنوب و غرب کشور - تحربیات همکاری با اصناف و بازاریان - تحربیات عکاسی در صحنه های پرتحرک و ساخت مستند با همراهی پلیس و نیروی انتظامی و ساخت مستندهای زلزله و سیل با دانشپذیران به گفتگو پرداخت .

 

دکتر حجت بقایی نیز از خاطرات و تجربیات چندسال همکاری با آتش نشانی گفت .

و چگونگی استفاده از ابزار در حین حادثه ، و در مورد نگارش فیلمنامه حوادث و تصویربرداری طبق سناریویی ذهنی و ... 

دکتر بقایی از خبرنگاران فعال حوادث شبکه تهران ، اخبار حوادث شبکه خبر و از مستندسازان همکار با هلی کوپتر امداد بود . ایشان در زلزله های قزوین - بم - چالوس از خبرنگاران و مستندسازان فعال بوده و در آتش سوزیهای بزرگی چون آتش سوزی بازار تهران حضور فعال داشتند و جزو معدود مستندسازان همراه در حوادثی مانند حادثه پارک شهر (( غرق شدن دختران )) بودند .

به گزارش روابط عمومی موسسه بین المللی آرازتکاوران ویرا ، این کارگاه حدود ۴ ساعت طول کشید و دانشپذیران علاوه بر آموزش به روشی جذاب با تجربیات اساتید کارگاه آشنا شدند .

در پایان این کارگاه به شرکت کنندگان دو گواهی حضور داخلی و بین المللی ( بر طبق تقاضای دانشپذیران ) صادر شده و به آدرس ایشان ارسال می شود . و از مشارکت کنندگان فعال تقدیر به عمل آمد .

لازم به ذکر است ، کارگاههای بعدی به صورت کاربردی تر بوده و در صورت تمایل دانشپذیران فعال، در پروژهای تولیدی موسسه ویرا از همکاری ایشان در پروژه ها استفاده خواهد شد .
